- What if my workflow is messy or has exceptions?
- Most do. We build the common path to run automatically and route the exceptions to a human: you, or whoever owns it now. Automating 80% of a task well beats automating 100% badly.
- What tools does it run on?
- Yours where possible: your email, your forms, your accounting software. Where glue is needed we use established automation platforms; any subscriptions run in your accounts, so you're never locked to us.
- What happens if it breaks after the two weeks?
- You can fix it (the guide covers the basics), call us for a one-off fix, or add Keep-It-Running at $250/mo and we watch it for you.
