- Why not just run it myself?
- You can. Everything we build is documented and yours. The retainer is for owners who'd rather spend those hours on the business. If your setup is simple and stable, we'll tell you a retainer is overkill.
- What if you don't find enough to do in a month?
- Hours roll into improvement work. There is always a next automation, a prompt to sharpen, a report to make more useful. The monthly report shows exactly where the hours went.
- Do you only manage things you built?
- No, we take over existing tools and automations too. The AI Audit maps what you have first, so we never quote blind.
